FAQ

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

I require a 3-month minimum commitment to start. Social media takes time to build momentum, and three months is honestly the earliest you'll start seeing real results. After that, your package renews quarterly and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Will I get to approve content before it's posted?

Yes. Every client receives a monthly content calendar in advance so you can review and give feedback before anything goes live. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust it. Your brand voice matters and I take that seriously.

Can I switch packages after I start?

Yes! Packages can be adjusted at the start of any new quarter. If your needs change, whether it's a slow season or a big launch coming up, we can scale up or down accordingly.

How many clients do you take on at once?

I intentionally keep my roster small, with no more than four clients at a time. This is a boutique service and a one woman show, not an agency. Every client gets my full attention.

What do you need from me to get started?

Not as much as you'd think. We'll start with a discovery call to talk through your business and goals. From there I handle the strategy, planning, and creative direction as your partner. The main things I'll need are access to your accounts, any existing brand assets, and a bit of your time each month for the content day.
